My friend recommended the Trail Boss (28oz. Porterhouse Steakhouse).Really wanted to like this place after a friend had raved about it. Ordered the ribs and steak combo (1/2 rack of babyback ribs and a steak). Ribs were ok, nothing memorable (COSTCO has better BBQ ribs that are pre-cooked and ready to heat). Steak was over-cooked (asked for medium rare but came out medium well), and flavorless. Bread was bleh, we barely had one slice amongst the 3 of us.Chicken Salad – 16.99. Mesquite-grilled chicken breast, iceberg lettuce mix, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cheddar cheese, and choice of dressing. Steak Salad – 18.99.
